Neosify started with excellent customer service but since the beginning of July things started to deteriorate, there are no more withdrawals, constantly processing or they tell you to be patient, it's done manually...they closed all their social media sites, and their own native chat on their website.

They just did a pull rug on all their social media sites. The website works but without the chat feature and no withdrawal since July. So I recommend not to deposit any crypto on this site.

I was directed to this site via a Brave browser push advertisement. On the surface, a very slick interface offering what appears to be excellent rates of return. I made a small initial deposit to test the functionality and legitimacy of the claims. As I delved further, I started to encounter issues that could only be addressed by disclosing information that could compromise the security of my funds and by promoting the organisation in a positive light (via trustpilot for example) Never the less I was still willing to give Neosify the benefit of doubt due to its organisational registration in the UK. IMPORTANT - Other than the onsite chat function, there appears no "easy" direct way to contact the organisation to seek resolution or to release assets. When I tried to get answers to legitimate concerns. The help/chat function was disabled on my account. Registration at Company's House in the UK. There is one registered director. PAVLINA, Veronika Correspondence address 71-75, Shelton Street, London, England, WC2H 9JQ Trustpilot does not allow links to be posted but additional information can be obtained from UK company House website. Additional - WARNING: Funds withdrawn will not reach their destination.

I still haven't received my withdrawal! I put in BTC and then tried to withdraw and it has just been in processing since July 6th! I have tried to get help with this issue but nobody even responds! I need help.

You cannot withdraw your crypto from the site, it says that it is processing. Meanwhile they have withdrawn from all there social media accounts, complete social media blackout, and also have withdrawn from the help chat on there website. PLEASE do not deposit any crypto on this website or you not gonna get it back! My lesson learned in all this is: DO NOT LEND YOU CRYPTO, keep it in your non-custodial wallet, where only you have access.
