The Jersey was not delivered but I got sent a replacement
I bought a mothman mesh jersey but it didn’t deliver. So I went to the customer support and I got help from Brenna and Vivi. They sent me a free replacement and their support made up for the missing jersey. Would definitely buy from them again

This company sent me inaccurately sized garments. The dresses are huge, and at least 2 or 3 sizes away from the correct measurements which are stated on their site.
I've contacted customer services, to return them and request a full refund. But they're refusing to do so, claiming the garments are not 'defective'.
They want me to pay to return wrong sized dresses, despite it being their error.
AVOID this company at all costs. They're dishonest, and may well be a scam.

Very beautiful and nice designs but a little bit of a thin material for me but very breezy and comfortable! Very helpful customer service! Antoine was excellent and exceeded my expectations with quick replies and candor. It does take some time to receive but definitely worth it!

Great list of products and at a great price too. I ordered 5 mesh jerseys and they all look and feel great. Got 2 sleeves of stickers free as part of a deal where you have to spend a minimum.
Only things were I should have went up to a XXL (my fault). I got 4 at XL, as that's my usual size, hoping they would fit and accidentally got 1 at L. They're not super tight but they would feel "right for me" at XXL. And the only other thing was tracking. I never really got updates on the delivery status or even confirmation it was delivered. My wife saw a parcel in our mail box.
Overall, I'm really happy with the jerseys, and how quickly they arrived, will definitely look to order more in the future. Currently wishlisting some items now.

Ordered the size I was “assured” would fit, waited for the shirts and of course delivered by the absolute worst service out there! Now if I don’t want to just give away near a $100 for shirts I have been admiring for months I have to go through an impossible return ordeal! Perhaps someone will reach out to rectify ! UPDATE 9/1/26.. after several messages between us trying to at least get the right size, Nerdywave did finally refund 30% of my purchases and told me to keep product. Did this solve my particular issue? No, however it does show that they are a good company who wants to have a good reputation. Their products are very nice however the fit is small. As a larger man I just can’t order from them again. This is not their fault and I do apologize to Nerdywave for my outburst. For all my skinny friends this stuff is awesome.

Best online buying experience. The website is awesome , i chose my designs and sizes and within a week i received them.
There were no mistakes in the order and the quality is perfect and exactly what i expected and exactly what the pictures show.
Finally the support from nerdywave team (for me it was Antoine) was superb! I joined the whats app channel for anything i would like to ask and i received any info i asked.

Items arrived fast which was great. Super happy with singlet, unfortunately the other top there was a couple of issues with. Reached out and had such a prompt and friendly response from Brenna not even 30 mins later. 12 hours later a fantastic resolution was sorted (would have been sooner but timezones affect these things). Replacement top being sent and again the customer service was fantastic! Brenna you are an absolute asset to your team! From this experience I'll definitely be placing more orders!

Can I give 0 stars?
1. Dress was clearly drop shipped (even though website says no drop shipping) and was from awful cheap fabric.
2. Dress had no sizing label, or branding label.
3. Dress was wrong size - it literally fell off me.
4. I tried to complain it was considerable too big
5. I had to send 2 sets of photos showing the bust measurement was too big but also the dress was a few inches short (only noticed that when they asked for that measurement)
6. Nerdywave told me it would cost more than the dress is worth to post a replacement (admitting that the dress isn't worth the £30+ they charge, and closer to the shipping cost, which was from China, so drop shipped)
7. While admitting fault, Nerdywave said I could could get either a 30% refund or pay shipping for a new dress.
8. I filed a dispute with the credit card company.
Appalling customer service, awful quality from a drop ship company. DO NOT BUY FROM NERDYWAVE.
