Quality is terrible for the price, for half the price you could get same or better quality from Temu. All sizes are wrong compared to there own size guide. Had an item that was 2 inches shorter then stated.
Extremely poor customer service who demand you pay for return of defective items.
Avoid at all cost and spend your money elsewhere!!

I requested to change a FEMALE to a MALE article of clothing but was told my order already shipped. That I could only get a 15% refund for the error.
I recieved NO notification of my items being shipped. Only AFTER I advised customer service, the shipping emails came though RIGHT after. Suspicious much?
I will NOT recommend them to ANYONE.
I must NOW go through my credit card company to dispute this transaction just to get my money back for an article of clothing I cannot wear.

Beautiful piece. Quality is par if not slightly better. Sizing was spot on and the delivery time was accurate to, or earlier than, estimated time of arrival. Not to mention the delivery tracker used by the company is state of the art with minute by minute updates on the package and it's exact whereabouts.

Product is wonderful! I plan to purchase further items.
The shipping and tracking have room to improve. The length of time getting product delivered and especially the tracking attached to the delivery reduced the rating to 4 stars.
The tracking was late to update, even when stating it was out for delivery and delivered.

I bought a t shirt and a cardigan. the tea shirt had a lovely clear print on ..but ..was so thin .it ripped when it daughter tried it on. and the cardigan..again lovely print..but very very cheap fabric. I hand washed it in cool water.it crinkled up like a paper bag..and its not the kind of fabric you can iron..I was expecting much more!!!
