I was pleasantly surprised with the mesh jerseys I got, the quality was decent and the print is clear and very nice! Delivery took around 2 weeks which isn't bad at all. I'm a 3/4XL (Australian, not US size), and the 4XLs I purchased fit loose exactly like a T-Jersey should. I was initially a bit sus about the WhatsApp thing, but Antoine was really helpful on there and it's good to have such an easy point of contact for any concerns.

Designs are awesome and fit is perfect! Just wish the shipping didn’t take 3 weeks from time of order to the day I got the shirts I ordered. And they emailed me saying my package arrived when it really had not. Was confusing. Light weight and breathable. Super cute!!

Overall my experience with Nerdywave was excellent! Unfortunately the carrier that was delivering my order had lost my order. Once I contacted Nerdywave I spoke with Antoine who provided me with great customer service. Antoine was quick to help and look into the issue, once it was determined that the carrier had lost my package they immediately worked on rectifying the issue and shipped my order again. It is extremely refreshing to deal with a company that has such good customer service!

Very concerning customer service and cancellation experience I requested to cancel my order before it was shipped. Instead of addressing my cancellation request, I received a generic response asking me to provide photos and describe problems with products I had not even received. I immediately replied and clarified that I was requesting a cancellation, not a return. I received no response. Approximately six hours after my original cancellation request, I received a notification saying that my order had been shipped/fulfilled. However, when I checked the tracking number they provided, the tracking service showed “Not found” and was unable to track the shipment. I find this extremely concerning. I specifically contacted the company while the order had not been marked as shipped, yet my cancellation request was not addressed, and the order was subsequently marked as shipped. I have kept screenshots and timestamps of the entire correspondence and tracking information. Please, for your own good, do not buy from them. They do not answer your emails or anything. They don't specify this, but they ship their products from China, and their return policy is very vague and no good, just like their cancellation policy. I have written that their cancellation policy is vague and their reply has exactly proved my point. As I have emailed for the cancellation 6 hours before the shipment. Even their tracking link doesn’t show any shipment. They even have answered to my first email with a generic response and ignored my cancellation request until they decided to ship it. Do not waste your time and money. As they do not honor their own policies. My cancellation email has been sent to them on September 24 at 1:28 . They updated the order as shipped which is not indicated by their tracking link at7:54
