Responded immediately. Explained the situation. Knew what to do. Explained what had likely happened and what they could do about it. Quoted a (I think reasonable?) price. Gave concrete time frames for their undertakings. Will now see how results go. But so far, really appreciate their help.

New - Went back on their word multiple times & didn't follow through on their promises. - They didn't provide any evidence to support their failure to follow through. - Extremely disappointing & overpriced service. Would not recommend. - Worked with Joseph Verrico.
