my first call was with Alex yesterday and it went absolutely wonderful and he told me that my son who's taking over the account would get a call within 24 to 48 hours today we called and nobody seemed to know what was going on so we are a bit confused on what we need to do from here because he needs to have that credit card machine working ASAP
