Another Excellent Experience with Newtek
This was another financing transaction with Newtek, and once again we had an excellent experience.
I would especially like to recognize Marva Tillett for her professionalism, knowledge, responsiveness, and attention to detail throughout the closing process. She was organized, communicative, and always willing to help whenever questions came up.
I would also like to thank Marilyn, Josh, Sonia, and the entire credit team for their hard work and support. Everyone we worked with was professional, courteous, and committed to helping us successfully complete the transaction.
The process was thorough, but the Newtek team made it as smooth as possible through clear communication and consistent follow-through. It's evident that they care about their clients and take pride in their work.

Gigi Vallee terrific!
Gigi Vallee is a terrific representative of Newtek. She is personable and quite knowledgeable about the available products on the market from which to choose. She found me a great policy in a timely fashion and amended it to further meet my needs. She followed through on everything during the time from our first meeting until I purchased the insurance. I know she will check on me throughout the length of the policy which is something my previous insurer did not do and is the reason I did not renew with them.

The Newtek team was great
The Newtek team was great, Marva, and Jamal were my primary points of contact and worked with me to answer all my my many questions. On a couple of occasions I think they and others even stayed working a little late to help me close since we are on opposite time zones.

Outstanding Implementation and Customer Service
I want to start by saying that I previously worked for ADP, and in my current role, I’m heavily involved in implementation processes. Because of that experience, I have high expectations, and I can honestly say this was by far the smoothest implementation I’ve ever been through. No exaggeration.
Tanya Cain and Mark Van DeVeen were absolutely phenomenal. They made the entire process seamless from start to finish. There were no hiccups, everything exceeded my expectations, and they even followed up afterward to make sure I felt confident and prepared to run my first payroll.
The level of service they provided is truly one of a kind. I was referred to this company by a family member who uses them for her business, and she highly recommended them because of the exceptional service she received. After my own experience, I completely understand why.

Jamie Cappitti in Payroll has been very helpful! We had some entry errors on a couple of employees and she was able to make sure it was corrected and the employees got paid on time. Jamie is also very responsive with requests to tweak the entry grid to add new columns.
