Alex Lozano at Newtek heard my frustration regarding updating a MID dba and bank account, stayed calm without interrupting me and then proceeded to efficiently do what others could not but quickly submitting me the form, receiving it back and then getting it processed and followed up first thing the next morning to confirm it was complete.
