Generally everything worked well, but be aware, that on some companies like " Unlimited Biking" charge you with not aligned extra-fares. GoCity helps with getting a contact to fight for refunding the money, but doesn't change the companies

Great experience! It was all clear, communication, notifications, attractions. Very easy to use and with the app. I recommend using the Pass, since it helps you to plan and have a good schedule without losing any attractions.

After buying this card, easy acces via app for information and selecting experiences. On difficulty we got great help from customerservice on booking the experience. Good quality vs price, we had 10 days to see as much as we wanted...

Our experience in New York was incredible thanks to the GoCity Pass, valid for 7 days with unlimited use. We were able to visit and discover nearly 20 places, skyscrapers, museums and guided tours for only €363; the total cost of our activities would have been over US$900, so we made a great saving! Really easy to use from downloading it to visiting the attractions. Just wish there were more attractions on the pass such as the Met gallery, bronx zoo and hall des lumieres.

It works quite good. Although there are some activities that are anounced that does not work as it should. The Yankees béisbol match, was supposed to be incluyes, when we bought our pass and we pick up one more day because we checkin and we see there was a match incluyes that day. But one week before the match, the web of the pass was updated and the match of that day was not incluyes. That should be advised with more advance as people do not buy the pass a week earlier.
