Avoid, payout delays and no live account
If you are looking for a reliable prop firm, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. There are far better, established options available right now like Lucid and MFFU. Here is my experience: Extremely Delayed Payouts: I requested my first payout of $2,500 and had to wait two full weeks for it to hit my Rise account. They blamed "Stripe issues," yet I personally watched a streamer receive a payout on the exact same day during this supposed disruption. Moved to Non-Existent Live Account: After finally getting that first payout, I was moved to a "live" account that doesn't even exist yet. Now I'm being told to wait "a few more weeks" while they figure it out. They are constantly throwing out free resets and massive discounts to lure in new users, yet they can't even support or fulfill payouts for the traders they currently have. Aggressive Shilling & Chat Censorship: These accounts are being heavily pushed on the Day Trading with Matt YouTube channel, but the moment anyone brings up their negative experience in the chat, they are immediately silenced and censored. Seeing this is making me reconsider using the PropScore platform altogether. Save your time, capital, and mental energy ,this firm is completely unorganized and simply not worth the headache.

YES… you are correct… we got our CC system shut down by Stripe. It took us 2+ weeks to get a couple of new providers (we should have had that from day one, but after a year, we didn't expect to be shut down). So YES, we went through a two-week delay in payouts, which you experienced, but you got yours, right? No mention of how nice that was compared to us being shut down and you getting nothing! That said, we are working very hard to restore business as usual. Fortunately, Stripe didn't kill us, unlike several other props who could not recover, so that is good news. We appreciate you taking the time to leave your review, even if it's unfavorable

Very good prop firm with
Trading with NexGen has been very straight forward. Very good for those looking to begin to learn how to trade. NexGen offering free resets promotions are an easy way of getting straight to funded with the price of passing an evaluation. 50% off activation fees on top of that deal and it's the quickest way for a straight to funded account with a low cost. No other prop firm has had anything close to these awesome promotions. No hidden rules and surprises when getting to a payout. FAQs are easy to access on the website when using it for guidance. Any issues with a payout has been addressed by customer support within the same day from my experience. Requesting an payout to a Rise account has been very quick.

Just received my second payout with…
Just received my second payout with NexGenPro. I decided to start small with 25k accounts and took advantage of the free resets to pass. I passed a few an activated just 1 to try out and see if I liked it and that they actually paid out. Now that I’ve received my second payout, I have activated another to trade along side. Overall, excellent prop firm and I do recommend. I will say, AMP and TradingView is not the best experience for trade execution and it would be nice to see them add tradeovate. I think if they kept the current model and added tradeovate, they would likely become a top 5 prop.

Scam company, don't trust them.
I have three 150k no‑challenge accounts, Each account made a profit of nearly $8,000. When I first applied for a withdrawal (applying for $2,500 on each of the three accounts at the same time, Total: $7,500), the platform rejected my withdrawal request with a ridiculous excuse. This is a scam company – don't believe any of their promotions. At best, you might get one small withdrawal, and then they will use the excuse of moving you to a live account (which doesn't actually exist, just to stall for time). If you try to withdraw too much at once, they will refuse to pay you under all sorts of pretexts. I traded over a period of three days, met the 40% consistency rule, and even placed only one order per day – I have no idea how they could determine that as a violation,.I purchased a total of five 150k no‑challenge accounts, and also, because of the free reset promotion, I bought two 50k evaluation accounts and passed the evaluations. Below is the full text of the email they sent me: Thank you for taking the time to participate in the review interview with our Risk Team. We appreciate your cooperation and the opportunity to assess the account activity in greater detail. Following the interview and our review of the trading activity, account records, and related user data, we completed a broader assessment of the account and the concerns identified. During the interview, the explanations provided regarding your technical analysis did not correspond with the execution behavior observed on the account. This raised concerns regarding whether the activity reflected a consistent discretionary futures trading strategy supported by the analysis presented during the review. Our broader review also identified patterns consistent with rule-optimization behavior across the simulated trading environment. Specifically, the activity appears to have been structured to bias the likelihood of achieving a payout outcome, rather than reflecting independent, discretionary, and speculative futures trading. This type of activity is not aligned with Nexgen Protrader Funding’s program standards, our trading standards, or the integrity requirements of our futures trading program. Based on the findings above, Nexgen Protrader Funding has determined that the account is not eligible for payout and will be closed. That said, in order to resolve this matter professionally, we are prepared to process a refund subject to your acknowledgment of the review outcome and the signing of a waiver confirming a full and final resolution of the matter. If you wish to proceed on this basis, please confirm and we will provide the waiver for your review and signature. Kind regards, Risk Management Team Nexgen ProTrader Funding This is definitely not a reliable company. They don't even have real‑time trading data; they clearly don't have the money to pay out, and they're just trying to scam you out of your money. follow-up: Here’s the translation into English: --- They rejected my withdrawal request of $7,500 and processed a refund for my remaining active accounts. （"It's about $1,300, and I also have to absorb losses from two accounts that are already lost—roughly another $800."）How dare they still reply to my comment? First of all, all three of my reviews are negative because I don’t log into Trustpilot to leave comments for good platforms. Second, 5ers is a good platform; it has since processed multiple withdrawals for me, while FTMO only got a negative review from me because it doesn’t support China. Finally, NexGen is the worst of all—they are poor, fraudulent, and shameless, and they even dare to reply to me. Being so broke, they still keep running unbelievable promotions every day.

We have to stand behind our very competent risk management team for weeding out those who can't even explain HOW they trade when asked. If you can't explain WHY and HOW you traded.. perhaps your next prop firm you will love even more than the other 3 you have bashed. Good luck out there.

Scam Alert! Stay away from this firm. They took my hard earned 18k in funded account. Never gave any live account to any trader just lying all the time. They will block you once you raise a voice. Yes if you are a newbie and will blow eval then you are welcome because they are eval money eater prop firm. One of the worst and disrespectful family i have ever seen. You heard right it is a family business where risk team is lead by a son. Review team is lead by a daughter and company is lead by a father. Stay away

To all the skeptics out there, I can say firsthand that NexGen came through. Getting the GFF live funded account set up was easy, and I was able to take a few live-capital trades today without any issues. Big thanks to the NexGen team for the opportunity to trade real funds.

Worst prop ever
Before reading this review please read my previous review and also see the reply of Nexgen. There you go. Again Nexgen asked a bunch of newbies to give them 5 star reviews so that they can keep faking their scamming ambitions behind fake trader friendly environment offered in it. Guys they will feed on your eval money and you will regret afterwards. Don’t think free reset is the best option in Nexgen. The moment they give free reset then they remove the promotion on activation fee. Such a scammers. Novaks might have 17+ years of experience in trading but still they don’t know how to trade on a clean chart without adding their fancy and colorful indicators. Guys Stay away now or regret later. In their reply to my review given a few days ago, they didn’t even say that my claims are false instead they showed their true face once again. This silence also proves me right. Guys You are priority till which time you feed them on your eval money and the moment you become funded they and get a payout afterwards you are a liability on them and they will try their best to get rid of you.

I received a payout from nexGen after completing the EVAL and getting to a payout on a 150k account! payout came fast after I completed KYC and had everything submitted. This is a prop that has new products coming and making improvements, keeping the community in mind!

SCAM firm. I got one payout, they said they sending me to live and they would refund all my accounts because they do not have a live program (3 live and 2 passed evals). Then they ghosted me and gave me one refund only. Make no mistake, if you are profitable they will cut you off and screw you, if you are a losing trader they will take your money with open hands. Anyone saying they are good just hasnt made more than a couple of tiny payouts. Stay away! Edit: look at how they reply to people. Rude and unprofessional. I am “whining and complaining” as you say because I was sent to live before receiving even my first payout after an interviewer decided I wasn’t a newbie trader… well where is the live if you say it exists? Why not keep people in sim till you figure it out.. is it my problem I bought accounts and you don’t have a live program yet? Also, where are my refunds I was told I would receive? Got refunded less than half my active accounts and nobody answers my emails for weeks on end. Calling legitimate complaints as whining? Wow that’s unprofessional and shows exactly who you are. Don’t worry, you are not needed in the industry Nexgen. Plenty of real firms that don’t screw people over. You had an opportunity to fix the issue and I would have gladly changed my review… instead you attack me and tell me I’m a whiner.., lol. That’s gonna take you far.

Bottom line: your review is wrong, but everyone has their own opinion, and those who cry, whine, and scream when everything is not handed to them on a silver platter as fast as they think they deserve it try to badmouth a business.
