Took one payout from one account with this firm with the accounts I had Over a month ago and was IMMEDIATELY given a email that I was selected to go live. Here's the catch—Their live program doesn't even exist yet. 3 accounts, and only took one payout, and now I'm restricted from trading because I'm suppose to wait for a live program that doesn't even exist yet? They took away all my accounts and the buffer I built from them over 7 days. I've been patiently waiting, trying to give the benefit of doubt to Nexgen because they told me live accounts would be ready within a week of the email. This was over a month ago and traders are still waiting for a supposed live program. When you ask about in discord, they blame you for being impatient for not waiting for a program that literally wasn't even in their system/FAQ when you purchased the accounts. Absolutely mockery of traders choosing to trust and trade with this firm. They should've let traders trade until the live program was properly setup and ready to go. You are punished for being a good trader here. There has been no communication whatsoever; the only thing they tell us is that they are "almost done" for 5 weeks straight. STAY CLEAR until they get themselves together. Most unprofessional experience I've ever experienced with prop firms

I originally had a great experience with NexGen, which is why this has been so disappointing. I successfully completed multiple payouts, and after requesting my 4th payout, I received an email from the Risk Team stating that my trading demonstrated strong profitability, consistency, execution quality, and risk management. They informed me that they wanted to transition me to their upcoming Live Cash program because my trading style was better suited for a live environment than the simulated program. I appreciated that recognition, and I was excited about the opportunity. However, my experience since then has been frustrating. The email stated that my current payout would be processed in full once my KYC was approved. I completed my KYC, but my payout has not been received. When I contacted Support for clarification, they redirected me to the Risk Team. Since then, I have emailed the Risk Team regarding my payout and transition, but I have not received a response. I'm not upset about being selected for Live—in fact, I consider that an accomplishment. My concern is the lack of communication surrounding the transition and my payout. Being told one thing, redirected between departments, and then not receiving any response has turned what should have been an exciting milestone into a disappointing experience. I hope NexGen improves communication for traders who are transitioned into the Live program. A simple update or acknowledgment would go a long way. If the communication improves and everything is resolved, I would be happy to update this review because my experience with the company prior to this situation was genuinely positive. Edit: The Risk Team did reach back out and processed my payout and actually sent over the Onboarding Instructions! I'm excited about this next phase.

I’ll give em a 5 star, even tho they stopped letting me trade their accounts, saying they were transitioning me to a live account. But they paid me out every time. So I’d say they are good!

Got a discounted 50k evaluation with free resets last week. Passed the eval, got the buffer of 2100 then got to 2600 over the 7 days trading and now a day after requesting the payout the money is in my account in Australia. Fantastic. Support was great. Just took my 3rd payout from nexgen..i was pretty bummed when they changed all their rules a month or so back.. but it didn't hurt me now that I have been trading it..I hope they make it to where you can trade 5 accounts like other firms soon instead of 3..
