Just got my payout from nexgen, let me tell you. As a newer trader, year and a half almost of experience, I don’t think I’ve ever met more of a nice, respectful, supportive, encouraging community than these guys. I started trading with them for a week and a half, within that week and a half, I was able to take a small payout, talk to John and his support team about the payout process. ANDDD get my payout within that same week and a half. So from buying an eval, passing it, paying the activation fee, and a payout, meeting all the new people. Is outstanding service in my eyes for a newer prop firm. Never will I ever hesitate to get more accounts and more payouts with these guys. Super respectful going forward!

Although it wasn't perfect, my overall experience was positive.
The first time you request a payout from a prop firm, there's always a level of stress. Mine was a bit higher because they asked me to go through an interview with the risk team. However, after 24–48 hours, they retracted that request and approved my payout.
Once the payout was approved, the funds were in my Rise account within 24 hours.
AMP isn't the best, but I see other platform options becoming available.
Definitely give NexGen a try!

These accounts lock up when you’re in profit without letting you slide your SL into profit … will completely ruin your drawdown - terrible experience trading on their platform even though I had good customer service when signing up. Recorded the errors because they were so crazy … will show to their customer service because what a waste…

Here comes the second payout... Approved and paid out in the same day(Paypal/Rise).
For the record, i am not affiliated with the company, but i highly recommend them, friendly support, straight forward rules, transparent dashboard, and what counts the most, fast payouts.
Maybe adding NinjaTrader as a Platform would be nice, but not a showstopper.

Gave this firm a try from a recommendation from someone I trust. I was not disappointed. They have simple rules to follow and after about 2 trading weeks I made payout. The kyc arrived to my email shortly after the approval then my payout was sent to my account literally within a few hours. The firm is quickly becoming one of my favorites and right up there with some of the top ones in the industry. I will mention that they are 7 active trade days to payout and I'd say 3 to 5 days are closer to industry standard now. That would be the only change I'd recommend. Thanks Nexgen!

New prop firm with a potential to be one of the best
I had a very good experience with Nexgen. I have received two payouts from them so far. This prop firm has great potential to become one of the best in the industry. Whenever I had any issues, the customer service team responded very quickly and was always helpful.It is run by an honest team that is highly customer focused. I wish you all the very best and hope to receive many more payouts in the future. The only thing I miss is Tradovate, as I'm used to trading on that platform.
