Good job

This company does a good job. That is, they provide unemployment insurance in accordance with California state laws and they make it relatively easy to accomplish. We do not have a standard payroll cadence, and although their system was at first a little bit thrown by that, once I explained to them our situation, they were able to explain to us how the system worked and what to do to make sure that no hiccups occurred. That kind of personalized help-desk communication is refreshing in this day and age, when companies make every effort to avoid customer support as much as possible. So ... I would definitely recommend this company if you need unemployment insurance for your small or medium-sized business.

On Hold for a very very very long time

On Hold for a very very very long time. Over 30 minutes EACH time. Machine that answers asks the same questions 4 or more times then routes to the wrong place.
