Update: I received the necklace and it is absolutely gorgeous and looks so much better in person and I love the black velvet case in arrived in. I can't wait to wear it for my wedding! As soon as I saw the necklace I purchased I just stopped scrolling and just stared at it. I've been looking for weeks for jewelry for my wedding in June and I just couldn't find anything I really wanted but when I saw your necklace I knew I had to have it. It is stunning and your jewelry is stunning and made with quality and you describe every piece of the jewelry. You have honest reviews and pictures and it all was a perfect combination for me to say yes I trust this company. Everything was explained. You left nothing for me to wonder about or question. Poor customer service, dishonest, poor quality
I got a duplicate necklace and charged for it. I sent it back, paid for shipping back even though they say free returns. They charged me $10.00 more for their shipping fee initially and $20 for what they said was a custom order length which was not advertised. They rip off the customer, don't communicate the return policy and change the information during the conversation. Cannot reach by phone. VERY poor company to deal with and their quality is not that good. NEVER shop there! Dishonest!

I ordered a necklace and a bracelet, both with blue sapphires. I accidentally ordered the wrong sizes. Neither fit and I had no one to gift them to. I just loved both pieces so decided to return them and order the corrected sizes. The easy 30 day guarantee is exactly as they advertised. Everyone I spoke to for help was wonderful - so polite and easy to talk to. The whole experience has made me respect their business model and quality products.

Fabulous necklace for special occasions
I did have to wait quite a bit for delivery but it was worth it. The necklace is absolutely gorgeous. As a matter of fact I just ordered two more pieces from you. A ring and another simple necklace. The only question I have is when looking at your site I see the same piece for different prices and that is confusing?

The shipping times and responses of customer service are abysmal. Have been waiting since Dec 7 for items which is about 1.5 months and really getting just lip service from Customer Service.

User Friendly Website with many Designs and Choices
The website was easy to use, the graphics and multiple views of the jewelry were of high quality. The quality of the work seemed evident in the high resolution photos. The only issue (not a criticism but a suggestion) was that there was not any choice in the metal (other than Silver) used to hold the sapphires such as White Gold, Palladium or Rhodium. Silver is nice but it tarnishes easily and needs a fair amount of maintenance.

Still no items and its been almost a month
I had trouble applying a discount code to my order. That finally went through. I placed my order for a ring and bracelet on December 5. Its January 2nd and I still dont have the order. I contacted them December 22 and asked where my order was. They apologized for the wait and said they would send it out express shipping. That was 2 weeks ago. I will never order from them again.

BUYER BEWARE : PROCESSING TIME FOR MY ORDER WAS 10 DAYS, and then I paid extra for expedited shipping of 5-6 business days! I ordered my item on 12/17 for an event of 12/30, so I paid for expedited shipping , but was notified by customer service that my order only was prepped to ship on 12/29. I am so disappointed. I loved the item and carefully picked it, but 12 days is not enough lead time to get my item . How disappointing. I need to go out today and shop to find a local item for my event.
