Bought in store on my phone. Couldn’t find someone to talk to but I was able to try out a number of chairs before I made my purchase. Only down side was it isn’t in stock.

delivery charges have drastically increased. Considering so little of your merchandise is ever in stock, there should be some leeway for repeatedly having to wait on items. I've spent easily close to $20k in just the last few months alone and these delays and charges just keep adding up.
