Could not complete the application process online for approval. I had to call into customer care center and they had to call in my bank to verify banking information. The agent asked questions, and the bank rep verified all information. After all information had been confirmed, verified and documents by recording on both ends with me listening until I was asked question, all seemed to resolve itself.
I was then asked by the rep he wanted to call the bank back after disconnecting with them and I asked the strong questions, why are we calling back? I was told do reverify the information. I stated that you asked specific questions, the Bank rep answered them based on Yes/No per the question and what was asked.
I received the paperwork went over the information to verify that I would be able to pay off sooner then the 1 year and was also provided that is possible that I would need to call in 3 days prior to the payment date.
I like your quick responses but the guy who helped me who was very detail oriented but to the point of asking the same questions half dozen times. I am sure this was him just being thorough. I think the interest is the highest zi have ever seen but will encourage payment in full is taken care of asap. Thanks.
