It was my first time purchasing online from them and I was skeptical because it wasn't for me — it was for my customers, since I just started a small business. But I was amazed with everything when it was delivered. I am happy, the quality is great and I am already planning my next purchase. My only concern is the delivery — please improve on that, it takes too long to deliver.
Tons of inventory
I have ordered from this supplier 4x. My 1st order arrived without any damaged items. 2nd order had a few damaged items, however customer service quickly issued me a credit after I submitted proof pictures. My 3rd order arrived without issues. The quality for 95% of my items have been great. Some clothing items run small but it's always trial and error when you're trying something new. The only thing that I do not like is the shipping. It's expensive and takes way too long! I'm currently awaiting my 4th order with anticipation! Overall, I'm pleased with this company. They have tons of inventory to choose from.

Unique, value for money, quality top notch
the jewelries quality are really nice and a wide varieties of designs are available. the description provided for each jewelery items make us the buyer enable and easier to decide which jewelery we are going for. items with 18k gold plated stainless steel 304, 316 are extremely nice and looks like real gold colour, long lasting and stand out from other jewellery or similar prices. i hope Nihao keeps on providing offer for small business owners like us, as they do for first time buyers, this will help us to sustain and continue as a newly launch business.

Fraud/scam
Absolutely zero chance I would be buying from them again. Zero customer support, when they ship they move items to out of stock and instead of refund they put the money in the wallet and make you stuck. The customer service advisor don’t respond to your messages and they just gave you 7 days to return your order and the cost will be borne by the customer. I’ve ordered some items and they got tarnished within 2 weeks of usage. Not recommendable at all

It's not what you think it is, it's better!!
Bought a pair of sunglasses that this other website was selling 15X up charge, and I got it from Nihao for $7. At first, I was skeptical, but after reading some reviews on Reddit and online, I decided to give it a shot. After all, 7 bucks wasn't an insane gamble lol. but I do emphasize that I never ever buy from non-common or random websites like this one, especially when it's in a foreign language. It’s just more variables to control a scam. However, I was super wrong. They had me updated via WhatsApp through every step of the shipping process, answering questions with same day responses. The package arrived earlier than estimated and in great condition. Overall, I am so impressed with the customer service, pricing, and product I received from Nihao. 10/10 ! I highly recommend it.

The jewelry is decently cute, but I am giving 5 stars for the customer service itself! When I placed my first order I was sent the wrong item and the service team was quick to respond and help my get the correct item. They even helped transfer the refund credit back to my bank account for me when I couldn't figure it out. Heads up, you will have to pay for shipping if you need to reorder something, but it's not too expensive. 100% using these guys for all my future costume jewelry!
