The tool is good from a presentation…
The tool is good from a presentation and UI standpoint. It is a bit clunky at time when editing some fields. But the big issue remains the impossibility to access the data offline, namely when traveling....
Core Functionality is Great
The guts are there. I've been using Ninety for about a month and think this product will have a major positive impact on my team. I'd like to see the Processes section improved from a functionality and flexibility standpoint, but other than that I'm looking forward to a complete adoption and integration into our business.
Best app to organize your meetings
Ninety.io is the best app to keep all your meetings, leadership team, and organization in general organized. I have used it for over 2 years and can honestly say that is the most accessible and most user-friendly app I use. The chat support is always helpful (even when it's a simple question I could have figured out!) Don't delay, start a free trial and give it a try!

The software is great
The software is great I had to learn most on my own, the demo that was given to me was way too fast and rushed. It is very easy to use and learn though.

There are just a ton of features and there is no way to show them all off without a little pace. Regardless, I am sorry you felt this way. Support was slow and not helpful....and all I want to do was convert a free trial to a paid subscription. It doesn't seem like your process is working

Our chat support agent was simply following the security procedures we have in place about who can access the billing section. But she should have walked you through a few other work arounds as well. Great system for the most part
So far, Ninety has been very helpful. One issue we are dealing with is, having to still use our other work tracking system since it allows us to aggregate data based on client, type of work/communication, and amount of time spent. We were hopeful to just be able to use Ninety.

Absolutely Amazing! I came across the EOS system in 2020, having ninety.io has been a god send. It has made installing EOS much easier and now I can't run my business without it. Niney.io - thank you for your great work and product, your service has been amazing and I recommend you all the time. I love the fact you constant keep adding features to make it even easier to run L-10's and all the other EOS tools. The best business system I have ever used ;)
More customization
More customization, and the ability to integrate with calendars would be great

Almost perfect!
Hi! I will retract and give a full 5 stars if this is my error. I inadvertently input numbers in last weeks column by mistake. Is there a way to “look back” to see what the original number was? I saw no way to do it. Maybe there is a “history” type tab to shown a snapshot in time of older data in case it gets erased or overwritten by mistake. Thanks!
