Really enjoying it so far

Really enjoying it so far. Would be a lot better if it would update in real life for everyone on their log in as we progress through a meeting, like Traction does. Not everyone likes to watch the screen share. Thanks Jennny

Ninety.io continues to provide value increasing improvements

Ninety.io continues to provide improvements that increase the value and are consistently forward progress. I know we've all engaged in vital software tools to experience an update that actually breaks features and use. Ninety.io has yet to do anything but allow my team be consistently impressed and grateful for such an effective EOS engagement tool. We find this software to be a game changer. I am in fact using it in all of my other projects and teams outside of my formal company. As I walk others through the L10 Meeting feature in the software, everyone loves it!

Modern, but can go further

I like the tool and definitely more modern than other EOS management platforms. Gave it a three as it currently doesn't integrate with other collaborative platforms (i.e. Microsoft Teams, Slack, etc.). It would be nice to have access there as that is where more work/communication is heading.

After the sale

After the sale, the account manager has gone silent, not replying to emails but occasionally. Support is lacking. Not a good impression for my client.

Hi Steve...Just wanted to reach out and address your concern - You contacted support about the reasoning behind the default order of items in the to-do section of your my90 page. As we stated in our response there is no methodology behind the default order at this time. Its simply random. We did add your suggestion to our future features list to allow a way to configure the default order. Ninety.io is a useful tool for managing…

Ninety.io is a useful tool for managing and growing our expertise when deploying EOS... There are some confusing aspects, which may have more to do with my inexperience with EOS in general and Ninety.io in particular, when trying to work in an L10 meeting, but overall it is a very good tool for us as we start our EOS journey.
