We have ordered protein powders from myprotein several times. The almost 90€ bag we received this time was faulty, it was unlike the previous bags. It clumped, was much lighter in colour, smelled different and had a super eggy flavour. After several weeks of messaging (always initiated by me) they decided that my product tasted, smelled and behaved as it should. They never asked me to return it, so I find it quite interesting they can decide on its quality just from photos. I offered to return the bag, I asked for a refund. Both were denied.
