Be cautious when signing up, what good doesnt last
I have been using this service for several months, at first it was great. No buffering and no real issues, the last 2 months they have had constant issues, Every time I do a chat to inquire about the issues they say they are doing "maintenance" and the system will be back up shortly. Then suddenly it is working again. My internet service provider has been able to detect them apparently even using a VPN some how so I am starting to wonder what is going on with this service that they are now having issues. Today there are issues and i cant even access my account due to "maintenance" it says my login is invalid. I deleted the account and it still doesnt work
Easy and Expedited leasing process
After listing a different property for rent with a realtor for 8 months I decided to take a different approach with another home. I was not disappointed with Nomad Leasing. In just 2 days I have a verified tenant and in less than a week they are moving in.

I love and appreciate the attentiveness Nomad staff gave me and my family. A Nomad representative stayed in constant communication with me, answered every email promptly. Nomad staff told me exactly what I needed to complete the application process assisted me with everything during my application process, and now I'm currently moving into the house that I applied for and I couldn't be happier.
Nomad is changing how the lease agreement game should be
I was highly impressed by Nomad as an organization. For someone who hasn’t navigated lease terms in a while (lived in the same place for an extended period of time) they streamlined the process exponentially. It actually took out a great deal of stress related to the massive transition of moving. I would highly recommend that other landlords use Nomad’s services.

This is our second year leasing through…
This is our second year leasing through Nomad, and our second time going through the tenant placement process via self-guided showings. We were happily surprised that we automatically had the same advisor for marketing our home as last year! Zach W has done a fantastic job each time and been there on the spot whenever we had a question or concern of any kind, and it was great to have someone already familiar with the property and with a history of communication with us. He even improved our listing's photo order this year based on more recent efficacy data. We're really happy with the services that Nomad provides, it has been extremely low hassle and low maintenance and Zach has been a pleasure to work with.
