Nomad has been there for me

I've been using Nomad to help manage my rental for more than 5 years now and they really do a lot of the work for a very fair rate (4% of monthly rent if you pay a lump sum, 6% if you divide it over each payment) To me the biggest benefit is guaranteed rent. Just like it sounds, if your tenants have a problem with the rent, you still get paid. No matter what kind of crazy drama is going down with your rental. Also very helpful for marketing your unit and screening the applicants for you. Jeff has always followed up with my questions promptly, and he's very helpful and knowledgeable! I highly recommend them for some peace of mind, knowing your payments will be coming in, guaranteed.

The nomad team were great to work with when speaking with them directly

The nomad team, and Jeff Schmidt particularly, were great to work with directly, and continued to check in which was appreciated, although the Nomad AI phone system is not great at all. The outcome was successful, but there could be better visibility into what are the needs and requirements at different phases. For example, the first inquiry we had was what is the requirement for renting the property…I had no idea what nomads requirement were. After signing a lease and handing over the keys, I found out that I was meant to photograph everything in the rentcheck app, but didn’t know that until after I had handed over the keys, and I couldn’t up load the pictures already taken on my device. All in all, some aspects were great, but for a first time user of the platform (but not a first time landlord), it came with a significant learning curve than could have been averted. More Jeff’s, less AI!

Matthew was incredibly helpful right from the start, taking the time to walk me through the whole process with care and transparency. When Hayley stepped in to manage the onboarding, I was pleasantly impressed by her always timely communication and coordination skills. Now that my tenant is all settled in, I am feeling peace of mind, not only in knowing everything was handled with such wonderful care but also, in the security of understanding that I am supported throughout the duration of my lease. I own a property in Zebulon, North Carolina and I’m a first time landlord . I pick Nomad because of the guaranteed rent and the 4% management fee which is one of the cheapest I can I own a property in Zebulon, North Carolina, and I’m a first-time renter. I chose this property because of the guaranteed rent and the 4% rent, which is one of the lowest I could find. Sid and Kalene were very professional and went above and beyond to assist me throughout the entire process. We listed our property higher than average, and it took us about 15 days to find a tenant. I’m very happy with the experience.

You will Be Mad not to use Nomad

I would like to say that I am a skeptical person and now days it is hard to trust a lot of different businesses. I will tell you this...Nomad is a company you can trust to do what they say they would do. Zack was my Representative who helped me the full way through my process until my house was rented (which might I add was only 5 days after posting). Zack and his assistant Hwai answered every question and guided me from A to Z. The whole process was super smooth and I would not only recommend Nomad for your rental property needs but Call ZACK! who is very knowledgeable and treats you with the respect and trustworthiness that you will need while preparing to rent your property. So thank you to Nomad and Zack and Hwai. I will be refering anyone i know who be renting their propertys to them!
