Long Term Tools
With its motivational and educational guidance, I believe Noom has given me lifelong tools to maintain my health & weight long term, not just immediate results. Noom's app is easy and fun to use and doesn't overwhelm me with requiring constant use. I especially like the meal scan option. I just take a picture of my meal and it helps me to log the food. It's proven to be pretty accurate.

Zero should be an option. Don't waste your time with the GLP-1 promotion!
Zero should be an option. The Noom app is AI managed and absolute garbage. I paid and signed up for Noom with GLP-1, met with a telehealth professional, and the RX was sent to Alto Pharmacy in CA. I have been waiting for 22 days - the AI generated support team cannot trouble shoot the issue. The customer service rep tried to sell me another 3 month Noom subscription but are unable to solve the issue with the RX. I called the pharmacy and learned that I am "out of zone" which means that they cannot mail it to my address. No one at Noom bothered to check why the RX was sitting in limbo for 22 days at the pharmacy. No one at Noom bothered to check whether the pharmacy delivers to MA. I had to do all the work myself. Save your money, time, and frustration - there are better weight loss programs than Noom.

Will not refund after auto renewal has processed
The major probelm I have with Noom is the fact that they do not let you know that they are charging you for your renewal. My wife did a one year memebership. She had planned cancelling because she no longer found it useful. Noom's policy is to not let people know that their auto renewal is coming up. Once it renewed we tried to cancel. Unfortunately, they do not offer a refund once your auto renewal has processed. So now we are stuck with another year of a program we will not use. While I understand this is their policy, it doesn't seem right that they don't give you a heads up on your auto renewal.

I love Noom
I love Noom, from the easy app to my meds shipping quickly to the support staff and all the support articles in the app it has been the best experience and I’m feeling great and loosing weight!!

Weight loss support
The app is easy to use and provides a wealth of information for healthy weight loss and weight maintenance. I love that they are constantly expanding their lesson library to address different topics and aspects of weight loss and nutrition. The free version is great in providing all the basics (food logging, step tracking, water logging) as well as a unique feature that recommends a calorie range for food intake which I found extremely helpful. Noom is a helpful, human approach to healthy weight loss.

This company is very responsive to any issues. Great customer service. The learning I've done about foods has helped me in my life. It's very customizable, as you can add meals you often make to make food logging easier. Love that it tracks my macros!

I’ve love noom
I’ve loved noom. It takes a few months to really kick in cause your body is getting use to this. Don’t be discouraged. In 6 months I lost close to 25 pounds hardly working out and ate what I want. The customer service is top notch and always quick to respond. Always under 24 hours. If I need anti nausea meds. They do it. They’ve really been a life saver for me. I’ll gladly pay this price to feel as good as I do now.

I used Noom to lose weight for my granddaughters wedding during COVID. This was before medication and I lost 40 pounds because it’s such a great program. Now six years later, I have gained weight back and couldn’t get it off. the new GLP program worked really well for me.
