I paid upfront for my GLP1. Package Never arrived, Customer Service is Nothing but obviously AI and completely jerking me around. So Far, Noom is OK with completely Stealing Stealing from me. I am not interested in the rest of their app. I simply wanted the GLP1, I thought Noom was trustworthy, Instead, they Completely Stole from me. Very Dissappointed!

I would recommend this app to anyone…
I would recommend this app to anyone looking to change their life. Not a weightloss program, no gimmicks, just education about calorie density/intake versus activity and movement. Break those old tapes of bad and good food and get back to eating the things you want and everything from tracking calories to weigh ins and portion/quality of food control is all done in a positive light.

I am on day 8 of using Noom Premium and LOVING IT!
I am on day 8 of using Noom Premium. I am very impressed with the adaptive calorie limits, food logging process (including accurate photo analysis of meals). With Noom, I have a 24/7 personal trainer (huge access to workouts, meals and scientific studies for the most effective weight loss). So glad I don't feel alone on my weight loss journey.

Great program to educate on al kinds of…
Great program to educate on all kinds of things that help us understand why we have gained, how to lose not ony pounds but keep energy levels high. There is also alot of things to help with exercise and it is So easy to record meals. They have multiple ways to record. If you do the premium part, you will find a real friend who really cares about you! They track all kinds of health related issues.
I love that you don’t have to eat what they tell you, but you can eat whatever you want. They make great suggestions as to how to make what you ate to be better for either your health and/or your weight loss. I cannot say enough good things about Noom. If you need help (even with 10 lbs or 100 lbs) give Noom a try. I don’t believe you wil be sorry if you are really interested in losing weight and eating healthy.

I used Noom several years ago to lose about 15 pounds that I had struggled with for years. I had great success and kept it off for several years. But some metabolism and life changes crept some of the weight back on. I trust Noom's values and process so was excited to try the medical side. I am seeing results, and a bit faster than with the original Noom, so that's great. I love their tracking mechanisms, lessons, and tools like body scan and face scan, it's pretty awesome.
