After a TERRIBLE experience with another online Rx provider for weight loss meds (MedVi - seriously, do NOT use them), Noom has been refreshingly professional and 1000 times more polished than MedVi. Unlike MedVi's website based "app" which is not updated, inaccurate, bare minimum and unhelpful, Noom has an app to download that is specifically tailored to you, updated regularly and it's full of helpful info on your medication specifically, but also lessons on how weight loss works and tips on how to get success. The app is very educational and extremely motivating with their "seeds" to do the lessons and log various things to help you understand how you're doing (get 24,000 seeds and you get rewarded with a gift certificate or can donate to a charitable cause!). Unlike MedVi, which has one online AI chat and phone call appointments with coaches that don't happen, Noom has a chat with a doctor for medical questions, a coach for weight loss advice AND an AI chat for non-medical things (like recipe ideas, etc). Medication was ordered promptly and accurately noted on the app with tracking info. I felt like MedVi was simply after my money (especially since they don't offer any kind of refund regardless of the situation - even when the pills arrived moist, sticking to the cotton balls, changed colors and quickly deteriorated - no refund! After paying for a 3 month subscription, I only received 1 month's worth of meds because I canceled too soon after concerns about the med quality - still no refund even though they never sent the remaining meds). Noom seems to genuinely care about giving you quality tools and support to be successful. I haven't received my meds with Noom yet, but so far, I am impressed with Noom and the initial intake, app, communication and support I've received already (especially after such a horrible experience with MedVi). I will update more later...

Noom fits into my lifestyle very well. I've lost 18 lbs. in 12 weeks and, for the most part, it hasn't felt difficult. Tracking my food is generally pretty easy. I enjoy the daily lessons. It takes just enough time to reset me each day, but doesn't feel like a second occupation.

I'm now using NOOM for the 2nd time in my life, and as before (but I suspect even more so this go-round), I find it to be an extremely effective tool in learning about nutrition and supporting healthy eating and weight loss. The program provides a lot of easy-to-use and important guidance and features - I am very grateful for NOOM and look forward to the months ahead as I become my healthiest self.

I joined Noom after being told that the medication would be covered by my insurance. I later received a notification that the prior authorization had been denied and that I would need to pay out of pocket. This was extremely disappointing and left me feeling misled. In my experience, Noom presented insurance coverage as though it were expected before the authorization process was completed. It now feels like the promise of coverage may be used to get customers enrolled, only for them to later be directed toward a cash-pay program. Noom should verify insurance coverage—or clearly explain that coverage is uncertain—before encouraging someone to enroll. Customers deserve complete and transparent information about the possible cost from the beginning, not after they have already invested their time and shared their medical information.

Easy process, great staff, medicine arrived promptly, you don't need to prepay by multiple months - and best of all, they charge you exactly what they say they will without hiking the price a few months in. I switched from another company because the price increase for the compounded glp1 was almost as much as paying out of pocket, making it unaffordable. Noom doesn't play those games. For that reason alone, I give them 5 out of 5

I started my microdose GLP1 prescription. The dose caused a lot of discomfort, so I spoke with the physician who agreed that starting at a lower dose and titrating slower could be the best option. When I asked to pause my next shipment, I was told I couldn't do that, but would have to cancel and restart. Annoying, but that's what I did. Now I am attempting to restart. There's an issue with the app allowing me to upload my photo which is a requirement for the prescription. It's not working, no one from their Team Care or Customer Service can figure it out. I sent the photo directly to both as requested. Still not processed. My only option is to find a different provider. Incredibly inept group and frustrating experience.

Great support offered on so many different levels. You can customize to your need/desire with recipes, logging food/water, GLP 1, workouts, biomarkers and actually doctor interactions. I feel confident with all the information and guidance provided. So glad I choose to try the microdosing program.

Noom helps you identify your unhealthy eating habits and gives practical tips and advice to cut calories, increase exercise, and lose weight in an approachable way. The app makes it easy to log meals and track progress. It helped me lose 20 lbs a few years ago before I had another baby and gained it all back. So now I'm back again.
