I'm going to give the app 5 stars
I'm going to give the app 5 stars. Customer support is sketchy. I found a new provider for bulk, they are excellent. I gave Noom the option to lower my pricing structure but, like any bad cable company, the prefer to let you cancel as the must have so many SUBSCRIBERS for their outlandish prices! I always put my payments through an app that would allow me to block them if I should cancel. I bookmarked the cancellation page from the outset. They are a decent provider, they just charge too much and their supplies are sloppily packaged with my bottles always being sticky, sometimes warm.

An very beneficial Microdose subscription and program for a reasonable price
I love that Noom offers a Micro dose subscription that covers a clinician evaluation, GLP-1 medication shipped to your door, ongoing prescription management, 1:1 coaching, a psychology-based curriculum, in-app food logging, weight tracking and more— all in one program and for a reasonable price. There are too many programs out there that are hitting customers up for expensive "membership fees" that provide far less than the wonderful services that Noom provides.

Chick-fil-A has political leanings and…
Chick-fil-A has political leanings and I feel like Noom should stay out of politics. I'm highly insulted by the advertisement I just listen to on my Noom app. I am on the Noom diet program and they sent a Chick-fil-A video on what options are available, and today is Sunday and they're not open anyway. I feel Noom should be more conscientious.
I would like my diet to be apolitical.
