Had made an order previously about three weeks ago, but when I got the product, the actual filters was an incorrect size against the label that was on the box. My order was delivered on time and correctly. No problems with that. I gave you a three star rating because of problems I encountered with entering my credit card information. When attempting to enter my billing info someone intercepted my credit information and made several charges to my card. Resulting in me having to cancel the card. I was nervous when the information I entered was not accepted and after two attempts at entering I switched to PayPal for my payment and it went through. Please check your website for someone lurking and stealing credit card info.

Great filters and decent pricing, the only gripe is FedEx shipping, far too rough on the heavy duty boxes. Your company may want to print “do not crush.” USA made filters.
