I ordered four (4) 20x20x1 air filters of MERV 13 specifications. They arrived in excellent shape and in the time that I expected. However, they appear to be regular MERV 8 filters by their construction. They are unmarked other than stating the size. There is no indication on the filters or any information sheet that would state that they have the specifications I requested.

We’re sorry for the concern regarding the filters appearing to be MERV 8 rather than the MERV 13 you ordered. We understand how important it is to receive exactly what you expect, especially when it comes to performance specifications.
All of our MERV ratings are verified through testing and are not typically marked directly on the filter itself, which can sometimes lead to confusion based on appearance alone. We have processes in place in our production plant that eliminate crossing media from one to the other. You also have a 3-point check on your order being what you placed. 1) your SKU and description on the order confirmation 2) the 4x6 color sticker that matches the Merv rating you chose 3) on the shipping label in the lower left-hand corner your SKU also appears here.
Each production line has a quality control rep that checks the orders as they come off that production line for accuracy and quality before being sealed and shipped. I hope this helps ease your concerns. If you'd like to discuss further, please give me a call at 800-590-0339

1 - The filters are of top quality.
2 - I appreciate the MERV rated selection.
3 - Packaging is appropriate and delivery fast.

I was very surprised By her lack of Support.
She charged me $48.99 as a total on June 23, 2026 to My Visa card.
