I ordered a 19.75" by 22 " and received a 20" by 22". I was trying to order one that fit in the holder better, without bending for a snug fit. I was hoping to receive the size I ordered...I did not.

After reviewing our records, I do not see any purchases under your account for a 19.75" x 22" air filter. Because we do not have a record of that size being purchased directly from Nordic Pure, it appears the filter may have been purchased through another vendor or marketplace.
We recommend contacting the company from which you purchased the filter and requesting a return or exchange through them, as they will be able to assist with the order and product received.

Because these filters are not sitting in a retail setting for an undetermined amount of time and coming directly from the manufacturing plant, we do not wrap them in the plastic dust covers. Additionally, we have some concerns about VOC’s that would be given off by that plastic and can be absorbed into the filter media. We would like them to arrive to you as pure as possible.

Very efficient but did Not apply my discount when I ordered. Too far along to to amend. They reached out and acknowledged me but Nothing else. Customer for 6 years one would think a gesture.

My wife has pulmonary issues so we need good mold and dust control. We use the true mini pleat and the merv 8 works best for our older system. These are simply the most effective filters I have ever used, and I'm so very glad Nordic Pure sells them at a reasonable price!
