SCAM. Do not purchase. You will not receive anything I made an order on 31st October 2023 and got a Receipt #1288-7303. My order never arrived nor did my emails get answered or phone called answered. I no longer want your product and would like a refund please. My back was charged £52.80 and no items arrived and no communication sent. If I could I would give 0 star

My purchase was made on November 29, 2023 a receipt of ($52.97) was provided. Dec. 15, 2023 I sent a email to inquire of the date of arrival. I received an email with an international tracking number instructions to check with my local postal office. As well as, to wait 5 to 7 more days, if not received then contact them again. I did such, still no package. I sent an email asking to provide me with which local postal service they used. When they were unable to do so, I requested a full refund and cancellation of the order. They claimed it was delivered to my address and ask me to check my mailbox. I replied, the product I purchased would not fit in the mailbox. My security camera does not show any delivery that week. I ask, which day and time? No replied to that question. I was constantly, being told to wait another 5 to 7 days. Each time I ask for someone to call me. Not one reply about calling, nor did I receive a call. I just want a full refund. They offered me 60% refund to continue to wait for the delivery. I said, no. I would like a full refund. Below is the recent email I received. ---------------- Dear customer, Sorry to keep you waiting, we have submitted your refund request. Please kindly wait for 5-7 more business days. If you still do not receive it,please feel free to contact us anytime. ---------------- It is now February 10th and no product or refund. Negative 500 stars. This company is a scam. Like everyone else, I have been getting the runaround trying to get a refund for a purchase I never received. I'm thinking we all need to file a class action lawsuit. CashApp is doing nothing to help because Norskla is claiming they fulfilled their end of the transaction. It's truly infuriating and ridiculous.
Beware.. the scam continues even after bank notified
Beware... I was scammed by these people and on realising I promptly cancelled my payment card and raised a dispute with my bank for a refund. I received the 'temporary' refund from my bank while they investigated and to my surprise the Norskla scammers sent the bank a response to say they sent me the goods and they have evidence I'd received them (which they obviously didn't send and I was never going to received them). So I have now received an email from the bank saying unless I respond to them they are going to take back the refund! Crazy!

They promise but they do not deliver. Always they use polite messages but they simply take your money, they overpromise but they do not deliver the item you have purchased.
Rip off artists
How are such companies allowed to operate?? Ordered goods early December and never received. Lots of promises in January about refunding me and all my February texts have gone totally ignored. Again nothing but BS so why are they allowed to rip off good honest people. They need to be taken down now please.

If I could give them a negative review I would. This so called company is a scam. I should've listen to that little voice in my head when it was telling me the price for the product was too good to be true. Keep getting told that my refund is coming in 5-7 days. Lies all lies.

Norskla scam
I ordered an item from Norskla about 3 months ago. They said it was delivered before Christmas but it wasn't. Now they keep telling me to wait another 5-7 days for a refund - a refund which is never coming. I know that now. Is there no way of tracing them and recouping our money? What is the point of sending them the reviews? They don't care; they're laughing all the way to the bank.

The biggest scammers. I ordered boots for Christmas, they sent me a dirty T-shirt. I asked for the return of my money, they have been lying for 2 months to be patient, that the transfer is not working. I've never had a situation like this. they are the highest level of fraud.

My order was sent in on 11/6/23 and they claimed it was delivered to my address on 11/29/23. Who are they kidding!!!! It was never delivered. They didn't waste any time in taking my money. Again another scam!!!!
