I placed an order on 11/30/23, and like many others, never received the merchandise. I did email them and they said my post office lost the package and they will replace it and send it by a "more reliable" sender. I know I'll never get the second package and should have just given the $50 to a needy person rather than to these crooks. Boy, was I stupid!,

Norskla what a scamming bunch of knobs I'm normally pretty vigilant but they got me. Put order in got charged to my card recieved nothing. Got a fake tracking number. Do not deal with these fwits
Wish I'd done some research, I'm pretty much same as everyone else, ordered goods, nothing appeared, received fake tracking number now emails are being bounced back! So annoyed at myself for being duped. I've reported as a scam to my bank, will see what happens next.

My story is identical to everyone else's. Ordered goods, money taken from my card, no goods arrived, said they were on the way, issued with tracking number that was bogus, assured I would get a refund and could keep the goods if they turned up. Emails now bounce back. Never again will I order from a source like this again. Heartless, shameless vultures .....
Disgusted that people think it’s okay to scam- and upset with myself for being naive to a “too good to be true.” I order a cheap swivel chair. I reached out after two weeks back in November. I have yet to receive it. I reached out to them. They did respond the next day, gave a fake tracking number because I checked two months later being today and it said delivered December 2nd. It was never delivered. They haven’t responded to emails again. The number to call doesn’t work. Don’t purchase from any of these online little shops because they don’t exist. I will be reporting them to the appropriate people if they haven’t already changed their information to get away with the BS they’ve done.
This company is a scam the order was for two e-bike buy one get one free for $49.98. The invoice they sent had the letterhead Big Lots on it so I believe I was doing business with Big Lots. They charged my card through the same company name norskla.com and this was ordered way before Christmas and still to this day have sent a refund request to the customer service people and all and still no delivery of my purchased product nor have I received my money back. How can I go about this and where does this type of injustice stop for American consumers?

I purchased a hand battery snow blower, after complaining a few time, today they told me that my purchase have been delivered and this is not true. They give you a fake tracking number which takes for ever to arrive from China and after they tell you delivered and not true. BIG SCAM
I'd give negative stars if I could. I should have followed my gut on this from the get go, so that's on me. However in the end I paid money for something that was never received. Same experience as everyone else leaving reviews here. Told it was delivered, but us postal, said they could not link the "tracking number" back to any logistics company. Here's the text copy from my interaction which them, ME: Hello, I am wondering when/if my order will ship out. Since ordering, I have read some sceptical articles about your company. You've been flagged as a scam. So naturally I am a bit concerned. Please advise. CATHY/customer service:Dear Customer, Thank you for your letter. After checking, we found that your parcel has been shipped. The tracking number is AT128530862CN Due to the system problem of the logistics company, the shipping information hasn't been displayed. We have communicated with the logistics company and they will follow up as soon as possible. Please patiently wait for 3-5 working days for shipping information. Later, you can also enter your tracking number through the following URL here:(link removed for review purposes) to check the shipping information Hope you will receive your product as soon as possible. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. Best regards, Cathy from Customer Service Center ME(weeks later): Your company is an absolute scam. Even though the "tracking" indicates my package was delivered it most certainly was not. I even contacted the US postal service, as they can track virtually every tracking number no matter the logistics company and they stated the tracking number is not real. They found nothing linking this back to any logistics company. You should be ashamed of yourselves for stealing people's money. Get a real job to support yourselves...in which you actually work hard for your money or deliver the products you claim to be selling. Stealing from people is a scum of the earth thing to do. But I suppose you feel proud and accomplished that you make your money off scamming people. At the end of the day all you accomplished was being a deplorable company and deplorable human beings. Have the day that you deserve. Oh the the only reason why I've taken so long to send my previous message about your deplorable existence, is because I've been busy working hard to earn my money from a real legit job. Too late. The offer was too good to be true. Getting the same run around. Sorry I ordered anything from them. Hopefully Norskla won’t tap into my credit card.
I would give them minus 5 stars if I could! I ordered a product from them and it never arrived. I notified them and they claimed it WAS delivered. I told them I checked with my neighbors, the USPS (who allegedly delivered it) and NOBODY has it! The USPS even said that they don't have ANY records of the tracking # that NORSKLA gave me. The ONLY way to track my package is thru a website that THEY supplied, that states it was/is being shipped via USPS. I've asked for a refund, but honestly I think I have a fight on my hands

Fed up. Ordered coloured pencil set - buy one get one free I was so excited at the offer. To date never received it and now I’ve seen all the comments about ‘scam’ . Next time I order something online I will double check company reviews
