What people say

Norskla is a TOTAL Ripoff

Norskla is a TOTAL Ripoff! I submitted my report to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) for investigation tonite. AVOID this BOGUS, SCAM website at all costs!! I ordered a product from them a month ago. They said they delivered it. They didn't. I've emailed their "Support" over a dozen times. They are blaming it on some sort of "Chinese Freight" company. I contacted my credit card company and they are doing a charge back. Tell EVERYONE you know NOT to order anything from this FAKE website.

One of many it appears totally drawn in…

One of many it appears totally drawn in ! Ordered units for storage in bathroom I am usually wary of these fb pop ups Well they got me fake transport tracking numbers Now says delivered to me like now !! No reply from company like the rest fuming lot money at Xmas Or anytime ordered two lots two one as a gift The support email they give you I just had this does not exsist so there you go definitely a scam I’m going to try my bank tomorrow see if they can help charge back

Never shopped with them, but they charged my card

Didn't shop with them, but a charge appeared on my card from them, so just had to cancel that card. It seems that if you shop with them or any of their friends, then your details can be used to fraudulently charge your card. If you shopped with them, cancel your card and get a new one.

If I could give it 0 stars

If I could give it 0 stars. I would. my husband ordered hoodies and we waited the 7 to 15 business days... did not get them, attempted to get ahold of them. Website is no longer around.total and complete scam. I'm getting my refund from my bank. But do not order from this company. Whatever you do, what a pack of liars they are. You can't get ahold of customer support. You can't get ahold of customer service. Nobody responds to you what b*******! In the process of reporting them also.

Scam company

Scam company. Advertise on social media as other websites (usually having a sale of some sort). The billing goes to them and when you question where your goods are they send you to a Chinese tracking website with a bogus tracking number. Save yourself hassle. If it’s a great product for a stupidly cheap price it’s probably these con artists.

Norskla is a Total Scam!!

This store is an absolute scam. I even got a receipt from them when I paid. I've emailed with them over the last few days. I finally told them to just refund my money. I had an email from them this morning saying my order was lost in shipment. Then offered to either refund my money or they could reship through a more secure shipping method. I had already told them to refund my money. So I replied to refund my money and guess what? That email address is not valid. This is a company who is advertising through Facebook. I've tried on several occasions to report fraudulent "paid for" posts to Facebook but there is no way that I can find to be able to report fraudulent websites and posts. This is the third or fourth time I've lost money on an vendor through Facebook. So Facebook I'm sure is getting paid on the frontend but their users are getting screwed. And how do you get their attention to get them to do something about it. There's got to be something that can be done to get our money back. I hate scammers. And their products are coming from or actually NOT coming from China!

I Got Suckered

Got suckered on a "Going out of business" social media ad. Prices seemed too good to be true, but figured I wouldn't be out much. The site I ordered from had one name, but my credit card was billed from NORSKLA LIMITED. A few days later, the site I ordered from was taken offline. I tried contacting support, but got a fake Chinese tracking number, even though this brand is supposedly based out of Scandinavia. Fortunately, I hadn't paid my credit card bill yet, so I submitted a dispute with my bank. I also reported the bad behavior to Stripe, the payment processor. Lesson learned: If prices are too good to be true, they probably are.
