I was scammed big by novanbirds some time in 2023…
I was scammed big by novanbirds.com some time in 2023. I paid for some finches and the standard shipping; PLUS much more for 'presumably' required and refundable insurance, shipping crate, immunization, and other add-ons. Nothing flew towards my way; only my $$$ flew towards their way. After a big effort, I still could not recover my money. Stay away from novanbirds.com; they should be in jail by now; but they are still around scamming for more victims!

If you want something that flies this is your place. Your money will fly right out of your wallet. I'm pretty sure they don't have any birds at all. They sell you the birds, then you'll get a text to put a "deposit" on a $550 FAA approved box. Then another text that your birds are under stress and they have been seen by a vet @ $100/bird. Last, you'll not get your birds or deposit. These guys are pros and know how to take your money.

I got scammed the same way. Cost me a bundle. They kept adding charges every time they texted me. Was for Cordon Bleus. Showed me a picture which I'm sure was phony. I was sick over it ... I work SO hard for my money to have it stolen like this.

My actual rating is 0 stars. I ordered some waxbills, paid over $700 for the birds, then had to pay another $100 for shipping. As soon as I did that I was told I had to pay another $550 for a airline approved cage, plus another $100+ for a veterinary inspection, but that this last deposit I would get back as soon as I received the birds. Of course, this never happened. I received another text telling I needed to pay $500 more as the birds were in some type of quarantine, but as soon as they arrived, I would get the money back. The birds never arrived, I have not gotten any money back. I am going to pursue every legal avenue to try and get my money back. All my money was sent by PayPal, but they insisted I used the friends and family option which ultimately gave me zero protection. I am going to do my very best to make sure their reputation is that of a crook so no one else gets screwed over like I have been. Let's all get together and run their scam out of operation.

Complete scam. Lost 260$ for zebra finches that never came - I should have known when they asked me to pay Venmo because the other options "weren't working" and their emails went to junk. It's all fake. Don't do it

They kept asking for more money, then the (fake) airport texted me an asked for more. They got over 1200. Dollars from me. An because I used Zella ( which is through my bank btw) so you know the bank didn’t get my money back. I got no help. Do not order from these people (Scammers) These are sick azz holes. They are thieves. STAY AWAY FROM NOVANBIRDS.COM Scammerrrrrrrrrrssssssssss. It’s a house address in South Florida 8205 SW 111th Terr Miami, FL 33156 Not even a store front. They are in front of a computer screen. Stealing money from sweet people. Stay away!

Please guys do not purchase anything from this company,i was scammed an amount of $1200 ,they first came up with renting a cage of $450 and they said its refundable and and other $500 for getting some vaccines and they said its also refundable after purchasing an european gold finch for $150+ another shipping fre for $100.They sent a fake tracking number , i did not get my bird and no money back.They blocked my number and they act like it is a group of people attending to you but it is the same person right in front of the computer scamming people.Please do not.They will get all your money and block your number from calling them.
Very sketchy
Very sketchy. There were multiple payment options after placing an order and asked me call them after placing an order to provide payment. I called right before they were about to close and no one answered. it was also hard to find a customer service number! Very weird! No one answered and after assuming they were officially closed, someone called me back one hour after their listed closing time. Someone named “Jerry”. Could not hear him through the phone at all. Seems like a scam. Doesn’t seem reputable. Beware.

This online bird company is a scam. I paid them 700$ thru zell and than I was told I had to buy a 700$ cage for shipping. I told them no and I wanted a refund. Of course I got nothing. Hard lesson to learn

SCAM 🚨 SCAM 🚨 SCAM 🚨 be very careful everything is a lye, the address, I chat with them last night they said they had the birds, I told them I was afraid of scams because I lost money before, so he said I could go in person and pay… guess what the very next morning, the birds were not available anymore, I drove to the location just to find out they were not there and no one picked up the phone anymore. Thank GOD I didn’t pay online

I ordered birds from Novan birds Cost for birds was $190.00/shipping $100.00, total, $290.00. Was told they would ship via USPS. After paying through Zelle, I was told there would be another charge of $650.00 for a cage rental. Supposedly refunded when birds when delivered. I asked for a refund and emails were ignored. Seems like a scam.

Fake Website and Took my money. I tried to buy Blue Hyacinth Macaw. But these websites online are all fake and it's a bunch of teams who says to deliver the bird from California, Newyork or Florida. Very scammed
