My actual rating is 0 stars. I ordered some waxbills, paid over $700 for the birds, then had to pay another $100 for shipping. As soon as I did that I was told I had to pay another $550 for a airline approved cage, plus another $100+ for a veterinary inspection, but that this last deposit I would get back as soon as I received the birds. Of course, this never happened. I received another text telling I needed to pay $500 more as the birds were in some type of quarantine, but as soon as they arrived, I would get the money back. The birds never arrived, I have not gotten any money back. I am going to pursue every legal avenue to try and get my money back. All my money was sent by PayPal, but they insisted I used the friends and family option which ultimately gave me zero protection. I am going to do my very best to make sure their reputation is that of a crook so no one else gets screwed over like I have been. Let's all get together and run their scam out of operation.
