Still waiting on my order…keeps telling…

Still waiting on my order…keeps telling me it’s going to be delivered today but then never comes…not sure what the issue is…I know delivery is not your fault but when your counting on it when it says it will be delivered today and tying up a garage space…it’s costing me money.

This shipment has finally been delivered. It was shipped within 24 hours of receiving the order. The delay was due to a TRAIN DERAILMENT. Thankfully, the package was recovered, and delivery made in good condition, because the product was a discontinued piece, and the last one we'll ever have, forever. So, in light of the delay, it was not our fault, and an absolute miracle that it made it in one piece.

I hate these stupid reviews

I hate these stupid reviews. Everybody, including the local stores, hardware stores. Everybody wants a review. How about paying me for each review?Because this is free advertisement for you.And I don't get no benefit out of it.

Reviews are more than just free advertising.. They are also valuable to future/potential customers to help properly vet a company before spending their hard-earned money with the company. It also helps companies identify occassions where they have fallen-short of their standards, and then intervene to make things right. Or, it helps confirm that what the company is doing is top-notch. Reviews help us improve the service that we provide to YOU. It's just a matter of being neighborly and helpful, as opposed to the opposite. And, BTW, if reviews were compensated/paid, they would be 100% non-trustworthy and fraudulent. People would be happy to write fake glowing reviews if they could make a buck doing it.
