Great product, only complaint is instructions-not that hard to get a decent video out there. the printed ones are not clear on the one thing every purchaser needs to know-where to drill hole B. My suggestion, throw out the hole B part of the template and just hold the actual tortion bar on the tailgate after inserting the other end in the drilled hole A.
Didn't receive a confirmation email so I called the office and spoke with the sweetest lady ever!!! She provided the tracking number for me and let me know my order was processed on the day I placed it. Transaction was made quickly and order was sent out immediately. Part was of good quality and installed in a jiff.
