I did experience some difficulties. Customer service was great. It ended up that I went through another service and was finally able to receive my card. I thought the other source was provided by the State though I was mistaken. Customer service did everything to help correct the problem. 'Nough said. All's well that ends well.

The medical professional who assisted me was Wendy and she was great. She assisted in suggestions and advice on other treatments and other THC/CBD options for my chronic pain. It was pleasure dealing with her. The renewal of my med card was easy through NuggMD and done all less than 30 min and best was at a good price. Would def deal with NuggMD for future renewals.

I've been renewing my medical recommendation with NuggMD for over 10 years now and it's the easiest and quickest way to do it. When I first became a medical cannabis user, everything had to be done in person and the time it took to drive and then wait was costly. Since I discovered NuggMD, my renewals have been quick and easy. No driving. I've never had a long wait and even when I do have to wait, I'm at home so it's not wasted time.
