I have gotten spam and fishing emails that weren’t blocked but the one that really bothered me was the one from google that didn’t catch. I got calls and pretty convincing emails that just never got flagged and the stuff that did get flagged was ads that I considered mostly annoying advertising. Save your money.

My bank blocked them as they tried to charge me $170+ for a $9.99 per month account. If they can't be legit with what they charge how can they be a legitimate business. Dodgy as in my case.
That kind of mismatch between the advertised price and what showed up on your card deserves a real answer. Email [email protected] with your account details and they can look into exactly what was charged and why. That's the kind of thing we want looked at properly, not brushed off.
Making me aware of potential threats is good enough for me. It's very satisfying not having to worry about that is great.
After finishing my set up of Guardio, I got an Alert from them that my SSN had been leaked. They gave me a few steps to go through, like checking all my credit bureaus for new activity, etc.. It was a very thorough and I felt comfortable that I was secure. A few minutes later I get this e-mail from the "IRS" that they needed more information from me to investigate a tax refund that might be due me. It was obvious that it was a scam and I was worried about the Guardio set up and this letter that came so close together. Once the IRS issue was settled, I contacted Guardio. They were extremely fast and detailed with answers to my concerns and left me with a great feeling I was secure. I worked for 40+ years in IT and wish just a few of my vendors were as responsive, clear in their explanations and customer focused.

I keep getting many scam calls. 15 yesterday. All numbers I have blocked and reported and daily new ones. I Have a graph paper notebook with all numbers, type of spams recorded, tired of this. What do you block? Spam filters?
That sounds exhausting, fifteen calls in a day is a lot to deal with. Guardio doesn't block calls directly, but it does alert you when your information turns up in a data leak, which is usually the root cause behind all those spam calls. So the idea is to catch the leak itself rather than just chase the symptom afterward. Hopefully that helps cut things off closer to the source going forward.

As I’m new to the service, they have fantastic help online and I’ve learned that I’m being safely monitored. If I click on something that’s not right, they’ll block it, which is great. And it’s a good fit for me
