I saw the internet ad. It said protection for $ 9.99 a month. I went ahead and trusted them! My account was then debited $ 215.86 on July 22, 2026. I have tried in vain to contact this "company" to get my money back! Completely deceptive advertising! All I could get was an AI generated voice that just went in circles! Get this, they were going to turn it over to their legal department for review and get back to me as per AI voice said! Have not heard boo from these crooks! I have filed reports with BBB, Trust Pilot, and my bank! Do NOT fall for this scam! I am retired! I am on a budget! I needed that money to pay my bills, yet instead of charging me $ 9.99 per month as advertised, I was charged $ 215.86. If you see an advertisement for Guardio, run the other way!

Im a recent downloaded of Guardio but have found it extremely helpful as I run it on both my Samsung Phone and my Gen 9 iPad. It has block several intrusions im happy with the online help as it's also second to none (thanks Taylor). I give it 10 out of 10 or in this case a full 5 stars 🌟

Since starting Gardio thr spam calls and emails have become much less. The warning about different websites is also great.
However, when signing up they ask for phone number and email and then charge twice. I was able to get one refunded and canceled after several emails.
The subscription though is worth it. It feels kind of lonely now, but I love it. Thank you!

I have emailed you and gotten no response untill the 7 days trial is up.
Now you tell me you can't refund my account and charge me astronomicaly twice. 119.88 then 183.90 I even submitted proof
As you can see you charged my account before the 14 day trial so, it is in your power to refund my money you breached the contract and stole the second charge.I did not authorize payment. You obtained illegally.
If this how you do business then I do not want anything to do with this company and I will be pursuing this matter by whatever means needed maybe a class action law suit as i have seen approximately 900 complaints on line.
Im sure an attorney would be interested

I got scammed. I called the company to cancel the service and was scammed won't use them because I lost $510 to their scammed. Stay away from this company!!

You know most programs like this used a lot of resource power on devices making them slower but 2 diff phones now n I never felt it slowing them down ever that's a big one to me, and it never bothers me or tks over shit I know nothing of so. Way to go guys it's a great program.

False advertising they offer free trial / $9.99 per month once they have your information they automatically charged full price of and there’s no free trial as advertised. Then no response when your contacting them until they do answer and say your out of the refund time !
