I used Nutrisense a few years ago and had a great experience. Their sensors were reliable, accurate, and worth the premium price. After recently experiencing poor performance from over-the-counter Dexcom sensors, I decided to return to Nutrisense and paid for a month of sensors, despite the significantly higher cost. To my surprise, the exact same Dexcom sensors arrived. Four days later, the sensor failed completely. While sensor failures can happen, what is especially frustrating is paying nearly three times the cost of over-the-counter sensors only to receive the same product and then have it stop working after just four days. I contacted Nutrisense support by email and have yet to receive a response. At this point, I'm removing the sensor and requesting a refund. I expected a premium experience for a premium price. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience this time.

Why is it so difficult to and almost Impossible to Cancel my Subscription with this Company Nutrisense, I have been trying to Cancel my Subscription for a few months now, it Very Difficult to speak to anyone, You have to used the App for Everything problem Zero Real Person CustomerService on the Phone, Every Damn thing to Address is via Their Damn App, and every month your Company Nutrisense take $149 out of my Bank and this month June 1, 2026 it increased to $179, I just want out of this Nutrisense Company also please STOP Sending these Stelo Glucose Biosensors, I have 6 unused box Stelo biosensors I need to Return also. STOP TAKING MY money and cause me overdraft fee at my bank and Sending these Products PLEASE I need to speak to someone a.s.a P I just need to Cancel my Subscription. End of Story, Their is No Remedy, I Truly Believe it a Scam taking Place, Please Just Cancel my Subscription and QUIT Debiting My Bank Account, Thank You Have a Good Day, That All

The nutritionist calls are easy to schedule and provide comprehensive trustworthy advice and actionable steps. When my goals were not moving in the right direction, we were able to review my labs and other health records together to create a new plan. Any supplement recommendations were of high quality and third party tested. The personalized nutritionist experience is what I need.

I am loving the program. My Nutritionist Noel is great. He explains everything to me and gives me tips and tricks. My CGM holds me accountable. I’ve not only lost weight but I’m healthier.

Dishonest marketing and they require cancellation fees to cancel services. They marketed 6 months at a cost of $99 total and billed first month at $99 plus tax and fees and are trying to bill for $179 monthly plus taxes and fees with NO out other than a $200 cancelation fee. This program is a complete scam. The D7 app that you’re also required to download is more accurate than nutrisense and to fully use the program you need a third app with a secondary subscription!!! Awful customer experience, false ads, and not a great product.

I really loved my session with Tammy. We discussed realistic goals. She explained my data and helped me find answers to why my meals were scoring low. But the most important thing was sharing how to combine foods to help me score better on my meals. Definitely insightful and very helpful to me.

Having access to Nutrisense and especially Dr. Noel Aldrich as a coach has made a huge difference in the way that I am approaching my diabetes.
