My nutritionist Marjorie has been helping me navigate my weight loss journey and I have only great things to say. Non-judgemental, supportive, knowledgeable. She's taught me a lot and offered so many personalized suggestions that I've been able to incorporate into my diet. It's only been a few months, but I've made a lot of changes that are working for me and maintainable. She's helped me to reach my first goal faster than I expected. Teaching me new things every time we speak. Between her advice and the app, it's easy to track my eating habits and reach my nutritional goals. I only wish I had known about this resource earlier!

Avoid Nutrisense.
I signed up for what I understood to be a three-month program and had no intention of continuing beyond that period. When I discovered that Nutrisense had renewed the membership because I had not canceled within its required timeframe, I contacted customer support immediately and asked for a reasonable resolution. They refused to offer any flexibility whatsoever.
What bothers me most is not the money; it is the complete lack of fairness. Most reputable subscription businesses understand that mistakes happen and value customer goodwill more than enforcing a technicality to collect another payment. Nutrisense chose the opposite approach. Their support team showed no interest in helping and no willingness to treat a customer acting in good faith reasonably.
I have dealt with countless subscription companies and have never encountered one less willing to do the right thing. A business should earn renewals because customers value the service, not profit from customers missing a cancellation deadline.
Also, avoid the product itself. In my experience, it is dramatically overpriced for the value it provides, and there are far less expensive ways to obtain similar information. Between the inflexible subscription practices, terrible customer service, and an overpriced product, I cannot recommend Nutrisense to anyone.Avoid Nutrisense.

The Website is obviously bot generated, or at least large parts of their content. Like one article Reviewed by: Carlee Hayes, who apparently can't read or doesn't know what she's reading.
An example?
“The ketone blood test involves drawing blood from a vein, usually from inside the elbow or back of the hand. The blood sample is then tested for ketone levels.”
This was just derived from a study where the lab technicians drew blood that way. It's in NO way the standard to test for ketones.
My trust in a reviewed article that contains this kind of error: gone.

I just started using nutrisense and, I love it! To be honest, my insurance does not cover my visits with my nutritionist so, it was either pay out of pocket or go without. 1, the initial consultation was complimentary. 2, the price was fair to continue and 3, I thoroughly enjoyed the first conversation I had with Christina, and it was only 30 minutes long. She was knowledgeable, professional, and gave me the impression that she truly cared about my goals and health. I have now had my 1st paid visit with her and the insight I gained was incredible. I am well on my way to lowering glucose and regulating hormones. I am a woman with PCOS and insulin resistance, TTC and lose a little weight! I do believe that with her guidance, I will achieve my goals much quicker.

The combination of data, the analysis in the App and the personalized coaching/recomendations from the dietician meetings is a recipe for success. I made good progress with the help of my dietician’s coaching and recommendations. Lauren C. Was awesome to work with and is deeply knowledgeable.
