Easy to log food and life events to keep track of calories and activities that affect blood sugar levels. They also have a great team of nutritionists to help reach your goals. I loved the experience

The experience with NS has been great because it has given me insight into how my body functions including the processing of sugars. Elizabeth has been an amazing nutritionist who evaluates my data and offers excellent recommendations for improvements I can make. This system holds you accountable and it enabled me to lose about 5 lbs of menopause weight and build muscle effectively. I have maintained that loss for almost a year. I highly recommend this app because it was life changing for me. I feel much more informed about how my body functions and the physiological impacts my food and exercise choices make on my body.

She is very friendly. Its feels like a conversation not like you are getting judge . She gives a lot of information but breaks it down in a way that doesn't feel overwhelming.

Margaret and I were so looking forward to our collaboration with Hannah today! We were delighted to be able to report better results today vs. last week and had the "facts and data" to back it up. I’ve always trained hard, but lately I wasn’t seeing the results I wanted. Ever since Melissa Burin started helping me with my nutrition, everything has changed. I feel healthier, more energized, and my progress has been steady and consistent.
