The desk is incredibly well made, very sturdy and the instructions for setting it up or very easy. Everything is clearly marked everything is shown in the instructions with each pot clearly labeled and visuals to help show exactly what to do. I was able to put this together alone and under 30 minutes. Once built, the outstanding quality is evident on the entire desk.

The service department was very helpful after a moving company Ben the rollers for my chair. The replacement price was reasonable, they call to be sure that they wheels were properly delivered, and followed up to be sure that I was happy with the replacements.

First, talking about the chair, it's of really good quality. I highly value the lumbar support since I spend quite a few hours in front of the computer. Secondly, I really liked the customer support. My delivery had a few issues, so they added a footrest to my order. That was a really kind gesture on their part. The downside is that I had to wait nearly 2 months to receive my delivery. But this was not a surprise since they already notified me about it on the website. I was not in a hurry, so I think it was worth it.

The best desk chair I have ever had. :) my neck pain is gone and I look forward to sitting in it to work every day. I feel like it’s the Rolls Royce of desk chairs.
