I had a small alignment issue with the backrest on my OdinLake chair. Customer support was patient, walked me through several adjustment steps, and when we couldn’t fully resolve it at the time, they sent a replacement backrest. After spending more time with the chair myself, I eventually figured out how to adjust it correctly. The original backrest still has a very slight imperfection, but the adjustment made it good enough that I no longer needed the replacement. I contacted OdinLake to apologize and offered to return the replacement at my own expense. Instead of making the process difficult, they thanked me for my honesty, told me to keep the replacement as a spare, and reassured me that I didn’t need to pay anything. That kind of customer service is rare. They were responsive, understanding, and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with the chair rather than arguing over warranty details. Based on my experience, I’d have no hesitation recommending OdinLake.

Took 2-days to put together
I needed help, and a video was sent. It still took me a while to figure out what the video was trying to show me. It took a day to ponder over it, but I was able to continue putting it together the next day. Even then, I had some issues with leaving a part off (my fault). The quality was good. The product is effective. I use it for my sewing machine. I am 57 years old, and I was able to put it together independently. Needed my husband's help to flip it, but took my time. It will take you more than an hour. I like it.
Customer service was great
Customer service was great! We had a problem with the chair seat, which turned out to be our fault, and they replaced the seat super fast. It was nice to deal with the same customer service rep throughout the whole process. Fast shipping on replacement seat and quick response to all emails. My son loves his chair and says it’s the most comfortable chair he has ever had!

Good chair
Good chair, well made, delivered fairly quickly. Putting it together was simple enough. The only things I'd change are having the arms slant back with the chair when reclining and more reclining angle options. But, after reaserch, I realize that's a pretty tall order. I like the footrest. Also, I would have paid more to have padded arm and foot rests.

Great for back injuries
I recently herniated a disc in my back, and I needed a desk chair that would help with the pain. This chair has helped so much with the pain, it is the only chair I can really sit in for an extended amount of time without the pain building. Aside from my back it’s really comfortable and the material is great for not sweating. Seems really durable too.For the money I couldn’t ask for more.
Good Office Chair
The office chair arrived well packed and was easy to assemble. It's very comfortable and I enjoy the lever action adjustments. I knocked one star off because the headrest only barely came low enough relative to the lumbar support and the whole back rest is a little too easy to accidentally adjust simply by moving in the chair. I might have to make a modification for that feature later on to prevent it from moving so easily. Otherwise, an excellent product with cushy cool Korean woven fabric.
