The chair is well constructed and comfortable
The chair arrived undamaged and was easy to assemble. Appreciated the handy T-wrench to assemble the chair; didn't have to search for the proper size bit. Chair is well built and very comfortable.

Excellent build quality - Chair was just a little too tall, they shipped me a new cylinder that was a little shorter at no charge. highly reccomended.
This chair is comfortable
This chair is comfortable, supportive, solidly-built, and cheaper than many other supposedly high-end chairs that are not as good as the Odin Lake. I liked it so much I bought one for my girlfriend. We ditched our old Herman Millers.

I received exactly what I ordered and received it in a timely fashion. It is a great quality chair and footrest.

Odinlake was quick to respond, addressed my concern, within a few days sent me a new control box and when that didn’t resolve the issue, they just replaced my desk - hustle free- very friendly and accommodating customer service.

The customer service has been amazing. Zoey has been prompt in getting back to me and answering my questions. Her follow up to make sure everything was ok with my purchase was great. You don't often see that from a company. I would highly recommend this company and product to anyone.

I found after ordering and putting…
I found after ordering and putting together the chair my feet did not reach the floor ! I financially was not able to ship back the chair plus pay an extra percentage. I wanted to exchange for another size but that was not possible. I find this policy to be harsh since it was such an expensive choice I would never order from this company again. Plus later I found the chair on AMIZON but too late unfortunately. Elissa Sunshine

Saved my back.
The chair is well built and heavy duty, it has a plethora of adjustments which makes it standout compared to other high end chairs. It will accommodate various body heights either long legs and short torso or vice-versa. The lumbar support and spine stabilization was increasingly beneficial to someone who suffers from lower back pain. I would highly recommend to anyone who spends more than 8 hours at work seated, so they may have a much more pleasant work experience. It can’t make you breakfast but it definitely will make you feel well enough to be able to get up and make it yourself.

We have two different chairs and both are so comfortable! We had a bit of a glitch with the ordering system but once we were able to talk to a human the customer service was outstanding. Wonderful company to work with

Good for price range (better with sale)
the build is relatively easy to put together and I enjoy the quality for the amount I spent on it. (mid tier product but the price is good especially on sale).

The chair is exactly what I expected, comfortable, highly customizable and also good for your back. Another highilight is the kind and responsive customer service. Honestly, you won't find better chair under $300 than OdinLake L1.
