These guys are scamming by taking more money from you. At the end, you pay more than the actual Violation Fine. My Initial fine was $480 something. I paid $220 to Off the Record considering their Money back guarantee if the Case if not dismissed. My case says resolved and I have to pay more Fine than I had to pay initially, plus I paid $220 to Off the Record. Now when I am asking the refund, they are referring me to their policies. Please don't waste your money with them.

My late Husband worked for a Non-union company 30+ years. We Invested in the company profit sharing plan. Steel Mill Stock Shares. When I turned 60, I checked to see if I could start receiving monthly Dividend checks. I was told NO! I said: You mean I have to wait five more years, when I turn sixty-five? Once again, I was told again, NO! One day recently I discovered one of my monthly Dividend checks in my mailbox. It was for July, 71,000.00. For one month. I’m supposed to receive a check of approximately the same amount EVERY MONTH. There were the letters: C.S.B. Above my own name. It turned out to be Community Services Board. Mount Rogers Community Services Board. THEY HAVE BEEN DIVERTING MY MONTHLY CHECKS, FOR YEARS! 99% of my U.S. mail is missing. I’m told by Verizon, that my phone rings at another number. ( Re-routed)! When tested repeatedly, it never rang or vibrated. I’m followed to buy groceries or Dr. appointments etc. Help! No local Attorney will take my case! Can someone explain why? Absolutely Blown Away
I was skeptical the entire time I was using this app. I got a speeding ticket by a state trooper in a county that had barely any attorneys in the area. I couldn't find anyone within 2 hours on my own. I don't recall how I found Off The Record but I decided to try it.. to my surprise, I was matched. Found off the record after getting a ticket in my commercial truck. Was referred to Mr Kevin Hoeke out of Solano county, ca. He was very insightful and answered all my concerns. The process took 4 months from start to finish but the outcome was a dismissal. Very satisfied and look forward to referring people to the site if needed.
