David Long , was extremely professional, he kept assuring me that the court session will go well to achieve my desire of not records. He was always available, communicating so well and providing the information i needed to enable him to be successful on my behalf. I really appreciate David's approach, making me comfortable even though I was so traumatized and the 2 months was so difficult but thanks to David, He made it easy for me - 6 stars for David

I am giving three stars because of communication with the attorney that took my case. In order for me to reach him it had to go through off the record to get him to correspond with the question I had. For the most part I was in limbo until the day before my case went to court then finally I received a phone call from the attorney representing me. As for the app it’s fine. I had no issues navigating. It was just the non communication that had me worried.

Lets be realistic what do you think happens when you hire a lawyer you would want them to fight for you correct? My attorney changed my plea to no contest the day of the hearing since the officer just showed up to court. What is the point of spending so much money and waiting for an year for court date and getting absolutely nothing in return. I started with traffic school eligibility and ended with same fine and eligibility after an year. And Off the Record says they won't refund if traffic school is an option even after trial. As if h the ey negotiated traffic school for me, even though it's my first offense.
