This test was simple to obtain and mail back. Results came extremely quick and were easy to read. I especially appreciate the added information about how to interpret the results and provided supplementation guidelines/recommendations. Though, a better explanation could have been given of when more than one drop was needed, and a note that the plastic bag things came in is the plastic bag to send the sample back in (since the plastic bag wasn't listed as what was in the kit, it was a bit confusing even if it would seem obvious in hindsight).

I value a company that lets me track my numbers overtime and omega quant does that quite nicely for each omega-3 index I request. Likewise having research to support my efforts to even be interested in tracking such an index provide some degree of justification to me. The research helps me set a goal… Previously I made it relatively easily. I seem to be a little behind as I get older but at least it gives me something to shoot for. Well caught salmon for dinner tonight.

I heard about OmegaQuant on the Dhru Prohit Podcast and was surprised to learn it’s based out of my own city! I decided to give it a try as I am very health-conscious and willing and able to dig deeper into my own health metrics. I have been taking a quality omega 3 oil for about a year now and thought I would check my progress. The test was simple to do and I quickly received my results. I was a bit surprised at my results and realize I have more work to do to better my results. I plan to test again and also purchase a test kit for my husband. As I’ve heard others say, “test, don’t guess” when it comes to my health. OmegaQuant is affordable, simple to use and the results are easy to understand.

Ouch! On the finger prick. All supplies necessary were provided. Right down to bandaids for your chosen finger. I simply followed the directions. Got the result within a week.
