Dreadful customer service
Purchased a $55 test kit (for (much of the value is the Lab work and postage as the kit itself is blood spot material and bandaids, cost maybe $3). Then mislaid it, and when found had expired. My fault! I called And they said they could still test it but it would be inaccurate. So I asked if I could purchase a replacement collection kit for reasonable price. Nope. Just another $55. I wrote the VP of operations, at this seemed needless - couldn't they just make a reasonable profit on the replacement kit for say $10? Ultimately he rescinded the offer to even test the expired kit!! Astonishingly poor customer service in this regard, unfortunate as they seem to make a good product.

As per info given by locum doctor at my doctors
surgery sent away for the omega test which is not available on NHS cost £49.95 on 22/10/25 emailed they had received order noindication of delivery date
emailed them regarding this to date no reply could this be a scam

Super easy, simple process - definitely using them again
Super easy, simple process. My Omega 3 numbers turned out to be super low (I've been a lacto-ovo vegetarian for ~20 years), and they even reached out to me to offer the opportunity to enroll in a study on a new fish oil formulation. I'll definitely be using them again, and we're going to test other members of our family as well.
The whole process was easy with clear instructions and my order was filled in a timely fashion. My omega 3 status was about 3 points low so I am now eating and taking a supplement to get it up into the ideal range.

The test kit was sent to me on a timely basis and the test instructions were easy to follow. I completed the blood drop and was able to return the test kit the same date. The time it took to get the test result was fast. I plan to do a retest in about two to three months.
