After taking omega 3 supplements for several months I decided to check what my index was. I chose OmegaQuant after hearing positive reviews on a podcast. Buying the kit online was quick and easy. The test itself was easy to understand and complete. I received my results 7 working days later and found the information extremely helpful. Will definitely use again in the future and highly recommend to anyone wanting to know what their Omega 3 index is.

I can even remember how many months (7 months maybe?) I have been eating a can of sardines (sprats to be exact) a day but I was needing feedback as to how it was raising my Omega3 index. I actually got the results a day sooner than expected and was hoping for anywhere close to an 8 and was ecstatic to receive a 10.30! I’m so thankful! I just wish I would have heard about OmegaQuant sooner so I could have done a before and after but I’m still happy🤗

I was concerned about the appearance and condition of my 8 year old dog’s skin and coat. The Omega test for my dog confirmed my suspicions that he wasn’t getting enough Omega 3 oils in his diet. It is great to have the clarity the test provided along with the recommended amount he needs to improve his index.
I have taken approximately 2000mg fish…
I have taken approximately 2000mg fish or krill oil for 30yrs so it was interesting to know that my level was only 3.35% Specifically eliminated eating additional fish just to see what just the fish oil capsules would do. Was an easy test with fast results considering the USPS. Would recommend this test, I will be adding back the sardines.

The instructions for Omega-3 test are clear and the test itself is super easy to do and return. The portal where you log your test online is simple and the results came through quicker than I expected. The Omega-3 index is becoming a useful measure of cardiovascular health and more, and unlike things like inherited cholesterol issues, is within one’s ability to manage. So I’m happy to have discovered this little, relatively inexpensive test.
